Thank you exclusivepen!!!
Dobrá komunikace obchodu.
Příznivé ceny zboží.
The shop was excellent - but the shipping to Hungary was not great. The product arrived on time - but the shipping company\'s system would not allow me to pick up the package without a local mobile number. I did not have this and it took more than a week for the shipping company to resolve the issue.
Thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry to hear, that you have had complication with the delivery. I can see, that you have chosen Packeta pick up point as a delivery of the package. Since Packeta has its own company policy, they set their rules for picking up the package, which is usually super easy. We apologise, that in your case it did not go smoothly. We are constatnly improving our services, so I believe that we can work on this one as well. In case we could do something for you now or in the future, feel free to contact our customer support on the email [email protected]. Thank you. (Exclusive Pen team)
