Your order will always be shipped as soon as possible. If product(s) from your order are in stock and the payment from your side has been accepted(except COD), the order is usually shipped next or second working day. In case some of the products from your order is on backorder, or it is in one of your external warehouses, your order will be shipped the same day we restock these products. Products suitable for engraving are those with flat metal surface, products made of leather and artificial leather. In case of engraving writing instruments we recommend to choose those pens, that are not covered in lacquer. The colour of engraved text doesn't have to be corresponding with the colour of the pen.Products, that are NOT suitable for engraving are those made of non flat - pre engraved surface by the manufacturer, product with pattern and product made of resin.

Refills colour in pens vary from brand to brand. Most of the pens (ballpoint pens, rollerballs), come with black refill from the manufacturer. Some pens of brands like Cross, Pilot, Sheaffer, come with blue refill. The manufacturers reserve rights to change the colours of the refills anytime, therefore it is recommende to buy additional refill of your desired colour.
