I could not find a Faber Castell e-motion fountain pen pure black in my country at a reasonable price. I had ordered one on Amazon and received an Ondoro ball point pen in the box which I had to return. When I saw this pen on exclusive pen store and at a reasonable price I was really skeptical since this was an international shipping and my first time with this store. Having burnt my hands already I was hesitant but thought I\'ll give it a try. The updates and communication were great and on point. I was at all times kept in loop about where my product is, even when it was being shipped from their external vendor warehouse to exclusive pen which took 24 hours. Now that\'s the kind of updates that keeps the customer informed and builds the trust worthiness of the shop. I received it on time and it was an original considering my previous experience with Amazon thankfully. All in all thank you exclusive pen for making this happen, I\'m sure you guys do this on a daily basis but for me it was a first time, not so inexpensive pen shipping internaltionally. Thanks for a very smooth on time delivery. Will definitely shop with you guys in the future.

Veľký výber ale tiež veľa produktov nie je skladom

Vynikající komunikace. Pokud nemohou vzít hovor, do pár minut volají sami zpět. Seriózní věcné a informované jednání.

Nečekaně rychlé doručení do ČR. Za 2 dny byla objednávka doručena a vše v TOP stavu.

Dodání výrobku v termínu.
Drobná připomínka, bylo by dobré vložit do balení kartičku s uvedením, že se jedná o výrobek ze stříbra, což doufám platí, ale doklad pravosti není.
