Since its launch in 1924, Montblanc 's Meisterstück has been widely regarded as the quintessence of a fine writing instrument, symbolising refined taste and a bold extension of oneself. Whether used to write love letters or to sign historic documents, Meisterstück has left an indelible mark on the pages of history. In honour of this milestone, Montblanc has delved deep into its archives to create the Origin collection, which pays tribute to the brand's rich history and heritage. The collection draws inspiration from early designs found in our archives, as well as design elements that appeared on the first Meisterstück editions. It captures the spirit of the founders and infuses it with a modern style. The cap, expertly crafted from dark green precious resin, features a fluid pattern inspired by early designs, representing the dissolution of ink on paper, elegantly contrasting with the gold-plated hardware. The clasp is a tribute to the early clasp shapes found on some of the first Meisterstück pens, and evokes a sense of nostalgia. Upon closer inspection, the original Meisterstück logo can be discovered, which has adorned the cap as a symbol of high quality since its inception. This anniversary edition is adorned with a special ring on the cap, which depicts the years 1924 and 2024. Here’s to another 100 years of Meisterstück excellence!
