Recognition and rejection of sin is the central premise of ‘Inferno’ – the opening volume of Dante’s epic Divine Comedy. Meticulous lost-wax casting illustrates the supreme poet’s journey through the afterlife – detailing the misdeeds and punishments within each of hell’s nine descending chasms. 700 years after Dante’s death, seldom has his vision of virtue been more faithfully realised.
Our first homage to Dante is religiously crafted and honours the poet’s terza rima style with silver and 18K gold editions. Finished with ‘magma’ Montegrappite artisanal resin and a hand-enamelled crown, our design storyboards Dante’s tale of a pilgrim’s journey towards God.
