Exclusive Pen Accessories engraving

You can personalize your product by engraving, that makes it unique and well recognizable. This form of personalization is great for companies as well as for individuals.

Please read the following instructions carefully

• This is ONLY engraving service, not the product itself
• You have to add the product to the cart as well (for example pen or other accessory)
• The engraving cannot be modified once it is done, so pay special attention when you are typing the text for engraving
• The engraved product cannot be returned
• We engrave only products purchased in our store

Products suitable for engraving

Products suitable for engraving are marked "Yes" in the product details section. You can also filter products only suitable for engraving.

Colour of the engraved text

Final colour of engraved text depends on material the product is made of. It is not possible to change the colour of the text.

Number of characters, Number of rows

Maximum number of characters for standard engraving is 25. 

Maximum number of rows for standard engraving is 1.

If your text or rows exceeds the standard number, the text will be scaled down to fit the product. We will do our best to maintain the quality, but be aware that smaller text may result in lower readability.

Placement of engraving

Standard placement for pen engraving is located below the clip

Text for engraving

Please type in the desired text into the "Text for engraving" field of this product. Use capital letters, spaces or diacritics as they should appear on engraving. Don't forget to "Save Customization".

Logo for engraving

Upload company logo (or other graphic design) to the "Logo for engraving". The size of the logo should be at least 2000x2000 px. Don't forget to "Save Customization".

Same engraving for more than one product

If you wish same engraving for more than one product (for example company logo or event name), please add the same quantity of engraving to the cart as well.

Example: I added 3 pens to the cart that I want to engrave. I type in "Annual conference" and I add quantity of 3 to the cart.

Different engraving for more than one product

If you wish different engraving for more than one product (for example 3 pens with 3 different names), write down the product codes in brackets to the "Text for engraving" field together with desired text.

Example: I added 3 pens to the cart that I want to engrave.

I type in "John Smith (1507/1914204)" and add quantity of 1 to the cart.

I type in "Nora Larson" (1507/1914204)" and add quantity of 1 to the cart.

I type in "Adam Novy" (1507/1914204)" and add quantity of 1 to the cart.

You can also choose different product for every engraving.
