The shop was excellent - but the shipping to Hungary was not great. The product arrived on time - but the shipping company\'s system would not allow me to pick up the package without a local mobile number. I did not have this and it took more than a week for the shipping company to resolve the issue.

Since Packeta has its own company policy, they set their rules for picking up the package, which is usually super easy. We apologise, that in your case it did not go smoothly.
