This was my first experience with Exclusive Pen. Finding one store with such a wide selection of luxury pens was great. It is a must-visit for pen enthusiasts.

Spoľahlivý ale riadený AI

Odgovor:

Dobrý deň.

Ďakujeme pekne za recenziu. I keď máme radi technológie, AI riadení zatiaľ nie sme.

Ak Vás táto komunikácia obťažovala, úprimne nás to mrzí. Každopádne ak ste hodnotenie napísali, ďalšie maily Vám už neprídu. Ďakujeme pekne za pochopenie. Exclusive Pen team.

I was very pleased with the service, support, and fast delivery. There were some unexpected customs fees, but the store covered 50% of the costs, which shows their excellent attitude towards customers. Overall, a very positive experience!

First time customer...

I had been searching for a Montegrappa Extra Otto Malachite LE & was lucky enough to find it at Exclusive Pen! I had a number of email exchanges with Andrej and he was always punctual getting back to me on my questions, as well as the follow-up purchase, which was quickly processed and shipped. I look forward to additional orders with Andrej and the team!

Ganz herzlichen Dank

First time purchasing with this store and to tell you I will continue to purchase more pens. I was able to get a special pen that was beautiful and special edition. I got my order earlier than expected and the quality was there. The customer service is superb. High quality items for a great price is worth looking through their selection. They carry hard to find or special editions pens. They earn a new long term customer.
