Customer reviews

Ottimo negozio, tanti articoli disponibli

Absolutely blown away with the customer service from this company! The first organizer I bought was unfortunately sold out - I got an email PROMPTLY from customer service (I think the next day) suggesting many different options that would fit my needs (same size organizers, same color organizers, etc)! After choosing the new planner - finishing payment was easy and communication with customer service was amazing AND fast too! I’m located in the US and I very rarely order products like this from overseas stores (due to high shipping, customs prices, current tariffs, etc), but, I am happy to report that my product arrived safely and I am genuinely just so happy. Not only was the product itself great, but customer service (which is super important to me) was truly top notch!! Absolutely recommend this shop! :)

A termék az amit vártam, a gravírozás szép. Egy pont levonás, amiért a 2026-os naptár belső szlovák nyelvű, ezért pluszban most külön vehetek magyar pótlapokat. A szállítás gyors és pontos.

Pas de souci de livraison.

Orologio particolari e di qualità, grazie

Un magazin plin cu produse utile

I bought Montblanc pen from Exclusive Pens. The pen came very late. After all this wait, the pen did NOT work. It was 100% dry ink and did NOT write. The company promised to replace the cartridge, still waiting for this to happen. I think the pen was very old and was in storage for years. The pen color itself was pale and did NOT look nice. Very disappointed to delivery time and quality of the product.

Výborný obchod, absolútna spokojnosť. Ďakujem vám.
