Inspired by the themes and design elements of his blockbuster film The Expendables, Sylvester Stallone collaborated with Montegrappa’s master artisans to craft the Chaos pen. Drawing from classical art, the design reflects the influences of renowned 16th-century artists such as Battista Franco, Albrecht Dürer, Hans Sebald Beham, and Antonio Pollaiolo. The Chaos pen is crafted from premium materials and produced in an exclusive, limited quantity. Its body is formed from black pearlized celluloid, overlaid with intricately hand-finished sterling silver. The overlays are antiqued and adorned with vibrant red and yellow translucent enamel, symbolizing the energy and colors of fire. The design contrasts themes of life and death—reptiles symbolize the origins of life, while a skull represents mortality. Adding a bold touch, the pen’s clip, shaped as a sword, features both a fist and a skull.
