THIS IS THE ENGRAVING SERVICE ONLY, NOT PRODUCT (ex. pen) ITSELF. YOU NEED TO ADD TO CART THE PRODUCT TOGETHER WITH THE ENGRAVING SERVICE.

Exclusive Pen offers engraving on products.

You can personalize your product by engraving, that makes it unique and well recognizable. This form of personalization is great solutions for companies as well as for individuals.

ENGRAVING PROCESS

Please note that engraving process takes about 3 working days. In some cases (Christmas time) it can take longer. It is highly recommended to place the order as soon as possible, so we can deliver you the product in right time for you. Do not leave it to the last minute!

PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR ENGRAVING

Products suitable for engraving are those with flat metal surface, products made of leather and artificial leather. In case of engraving writing instruments we recommend to choose those pens, that are not covered in lacquer. The colour of engraved text doesn't have to be corresponding with the colour of the pen.

Products, that are NOT suitable for engraving are those made of non flat - pre engraved surface by the manufacturer, product with pattern and product made of resin.

ENGRAVING COLOUR

It´s not possible to add any colours to engravings. Final colour depends on material the product is made of.

NUMBER OF CHARACTERS, NUMBER OF ROWS

Maximum number of characters for standard engraving is 25.

Maximum number of rows for standard engraving is 1.

Customer can choose from different fonts.

PLACE OF ENGRAVING

Customer can choose the side on which the engraving will be made (if the product size allows that). Engraving is centered on the most appropriate place.

TEXT FOR ENGRAVING

The text for the engraving fill in to the "Product customization" field of this product. Use capital letters, spaces or diacritics as they should appear on engraving.

Load company logos, or any other graphic designs to the "Product customization". Please choose the maximum size of the logo, but not less than 2000 x 2000 px.

(In some cases the vector format - curves will be needed. In that case you will be notified after we process your order. Please send the vector files with your order reference code to [email protected].)

SAME STYLE ENGRAVING FOR MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT

If you with to engrave more products, you will need to add to the cart the same amount of engraving service. If you want to engrave more products with different texts (ex. three pens with three different names), attach the product codes in brackets to the "Product customization" field together with desired text. In case of same engraving for more products than 10, please send us mail on [email protected] for a special price.
